Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order and to our customers' specifications, therefore we do not offer any refunds on products, all sales are final. If however you have an issue with an item which you think may have a fault please get in contact with us immediately and we will rectify any issues.

Changes to your order: Please double check the custom order details before submitting to us and making the payment. Any changes to your order after the product was started/ done may be chargeable.

Receiving your order: Please check the item(s) over as soon as they arrive, this way any issues that have come from transporting can be sorted as quickly as possible. In the event there is an issue do get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to get things rectified. Please send us a picture of the suspected fault for our team to assess.

The nature of wood: The majority of our items are made out of solid wood, which being a natural product is not uniform in grain or color. Each product will not look exactly alike.  Wooden furniture expand and contract with the changes in weather which is all part of the natural behavior of wood. 

Mattresses: We strive to provide the highest quality mattresses to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on mattress purchases. In the rare event that you receive a mattress that is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will gladly exchange it for the same model. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
